Caseworkers and other frontline staff play an essential role in the resettlement process, yet they frequently experience high turnover rates. Various factors contribute to their departure, with burnout being a significant concern. This webinar will examine the impact of professional burnout on staff and explore ideas for staff retention, moving beyond individual-level approaches like self-care to organizational-level approaches such as staff care.
