Introduction to Strengths-Based Employment Services

Taking a strengths-based approach to employment services can not only help clients achieve their career goals, but also improve program outcomes. This approach helps mitigate barriers like limited English proficiency, lack of formal work experience, or lack of U.S. credentials, and it empowers clients as decision-makers in the job search process.
