Yasmine Arsala is a resettlement and humanitarian professional working with the International Rescue Committee. She is passionate about developing gender-sensitive and culturally appropriate programming to serve the needs of newcomers. Yasmine served as the Deputy of Programs on the IRC’s Afghan Evacuation Response work and is recognized for her ability to work across communities and with partners to improve outcomes for refugees. She holds a Master of Arts from California State University, Long Beach, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside.
