Eugenia Gusev
Eugenia Gusev works as a Technical Adviser for Food Security and Agriculture programs for the International Rescue Committee. Her focus is on the design and implementation of evidence based approaches to food security, nutrition and resilience of refugee and immigrant communities in the United States. She also focuses on developing staff capacity for IRC staff on monitoring and evaluation methods specifically around nutrition and farming programs. Eugenia has worked with IRC for 10 years – first with their humanitarian and development food security programming specializing in Francophone and Russophone regions ( West and Central Africa and Central Asia). She speaks French and Russian fluently, and is conversational in Spanish. Eugenia holds an M.A. in International Public Management from Sciences Po University in Paris, France, and a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
