This webinar will provide guidance on workplace rights for employees with temporary immigration statuses – such as TPS, humanitarian parole, and deferred action – when their work permits are revoked or otherwise expire, including information on work permit validity, automatic extensions, Form I-9, reverification, document abuse, and related labor protections.
