What will this webinar cover?

Caseworkers and other frontline staff play an essential role in the resettlement process, yet they frequently experience high turnover rates. Various factors contribute to their departure, with burnout being a significant concern. This webinar will examine the impact of professional burnout on staff and explore ideas for staff retention, moving beyond individual-level approaches like self-care to organizational-level approaches such as staff care.

Is this webinar for me?

This webinar is designed for supervisors, managers, and executives in resettlement who are interested in learning about staff care and organizational approaches to staff retention. Direct service staff are also welcome and encouraged to attend.

Why should I attend?

  • After attending this 75-minute webinar, you will be able to:
  • Describe causes of staff turnover in resettlement and their impact on agencies.
