The Welcoming Economies program provides a platform for community leaders to come together, share knowledge, and strengthen their ongoing efforts. For over a decade, Welcoming America and Global Detroit’s E Pluribus Program have collaborated to support economic development opportunities for immigrants and refugees.
Through this program, communities have advanced their local economic inclusion initiatives by:
– Engaging in collaborative peer learning to explore innovative strategies – Building deeper, trust-based connections with peers in a confidential setting
– Tapping into a national network of experienced local practitioners and national partners to enhance and inspire new and existing initiatives
– Receiving continuous, tailored support to help local leaders stay focused and achieve their goals. To maximize the benefits of the program, we highly encourage your attendance at all sessions.
