All About Special Immigrant Juvenile Classification

This two-part webinar series will cover the fundamentals of obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) classification for children who have suffered abuse, abandonment, or neglect by one or both parents. Topics covered will include obtaining the state court predicate order, which state courts qualify as “juvenile courts,” completing Form I-360 with required evidence, how to handle cases for children in removal proceedings, and eligibility for adjustment of status.
