Charles Shipman

Charles Shipman is State Refugee Coordinator for Arizona. He has worked on behalf of refugees and immigrants for more than 30 years, including 10 years as Executive Director of the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program. He was twice the President of SCORR, the National Association of State Refugee Coordinators, and currently serves as immediate Past President.
