Keeping Communities Safe: Equipping sponsors and volunteers with basic safety and awareness training

Given that tragic events abroad have fueled tensions at home, this session will empower community sponsors and volunteers, and resettlement office staff on basic safety and situational awareness when out in the community with refugee newcomers. CWS Director for Security, Dawn Higgins, will give guidance on safety measures and situational awareness.
